Please note that some items may cause additional charges to be added. These will be negotiated prior to sending the invoice for the commission.
- Lack of visual reference: if no visual reference of the character is provided, price to design the character will start at $15 and may rise depending on character complexity.
- High level of complexity: a character or scene with a very complex design may cause a rise in price.

TERMS OF SERVICE

- Payment will be via Paypal or VGen
- If commissioning via VGen, the process will follow the VGen standard.
- If commissioning outside of VGen, payment will be up front; however, payment will be fully refunded if the commission is cancelled by me
- Payment will be partially refunded based on what is left unfinished if cancelled by the commissioner (ie if you ordered a lined + shaded fullbody and I completed up to the sketch, you will receive both the sketch as well as the difference in price)
- WIP shots may be requested at any time
- Please keep in mind that I am busy and have other commissions, so it may take some time to get to yours. I appreciate your patience!
- You MAY NOT repost my art without permission or linking back to me. You MAY NOT sell, reproduce, or use my art for financial gain in any way. You MAY NOT feed my art into an AI or use it for NFTs.
- I reserve the right to refuse any commission at any point.
- I WILL NOT create any art that promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other kind of discrimination and bigotry. If you ask me to create art like this I WILL block and blacklist you.PROCESS:
- Please reach out to me via VGen, Twitter, Bluesky, or email (all of my links are below linked below) to start the commission process.
- Please provide as many visual references as you'd like! The more references you provide, the closer the commission can be to what you're hoping for! (NOTE: if you don't provide a visual reference of the character you're commissioning, I will charge extra to design the character)
- Once we agree on what you would like, I will send a PayPal invoice. Payment terms and refunds are described above.
- I will send you a WIP at the rough sketch stage and again at the final sketch stage to see if you'd like any adjustments made. At these points you may request any changes you'd like made. If changes are requested, I will send you another WIP with the changes made for approval.
- Once approval is given, I will continue on with the rest of the commission. WIP shots may be requested at any time, but I will no longer allow requests for major changes to the commission. Smaller details (such as mistakes I have made replicating the character's design) can be changed.
- Once the final commission is done, I will reach out to you with a high res version of the finished product!
- I post all of my commissions on Twitter and Bluesky, and will tag whichever of your accounts that you prefer I link to. If you prefer not to be tagged or your commission posted, please let me know and I will not post it. HOWEVER, I reserve the right to use the commission in future portfolio work.
